Angela Howard

Manager, Acquisitions

Angela is responsible for managing acquisitions’ processes, with a focus on investment due diligence and analysis, legal review and transaction management. Angela is a non-practising lawyer, admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Prior to joining New Forests, Angela worked in the Compliance and Company Secretariat department of Hunter Hall International Limited where her responsibilities included due diligence, review of legal contracts and drafting of account opening and license applications. She was also a lecturer in corporate and contract law at the Sydney campuses of Central Queensland and Curtin Universities. Angela has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in Canada. She is currently finalising a Masters in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
