Michael Barbara, Manager, Acquisitions, manages the acquisition and disposition process for the Australia New Zealand Forest Fund and other investment activities in the Australia New Zealand region. This includes supporting the development of the investment pipeline, managing the due diligence process, contributing to financial modelling and coordinating fund reporting to the investment committee and clients. Michael is also experienced in forestry asset management and developing commercialisation strategies for eco product assets, such as carbon and water.Michael has worked in New Forests' Washington, DC, office supporting the Eco Products Fund and has a Bachelor in Environmental Management from Macquarie University, a Diploma of Business Marketing from TAFE NSW and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is based in Sydney.
