MaryKate Bullen is part of New Forests’ investor services team and leads the company’s sustainability and corporate communications programs. This includes strategic planning and implementation of corporate sustainability and responsible investment initiatives, as well as oversight of the company’s Social and Environmental Management System and its implementation at the corporate and fund levels. MaryKate also leads corporate communications and media relations across New Forests globally. MaryKate joined New Forests in 2008, originally in the company’s advisory services team and also previously developed and managed New Forests’ corporate research program, producing policy analyses and market outlooks on key features of the timberland and environmental markets asset classes. MaryKate has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropological Sciences (Honors) with a specialisation in Population and Environment and a Master of the Arts in Latin American Studies from Stanford University.
Sarah Clawson leads New Forests’ investor relations team and oversees the company’s capital raising and client relations. This includes providing strategic direction and coordination for funds marketing and client services functions across New Forests’ investment strategies. Sarah is responsible for driving a best practice approach within New Forests’ investor relations team and ensuring coordination of marketing campaigns, determining strategies to expand New Forests’ client base, and applying a consistent approach to managing client services across the business. Sarah has over 15 years of experience in marketing, client relations, and communications in the sustainable and responsible investment sector worldwide. In her previous roles she managed marketing and membership recruitment for international sustainable investment groups in the EU and Australasia, as well as developed educational responsible investment programs designed for international institutional investors. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in French and English literature from Colgate University and is a Fulbright scholarship recipient.
Gina is a part of the Investor Services team in Sydney and supports marketing and business development, client services, coordination, management, and distribution of quarterly reporting, as well as management of annual investor meetings. Gina is an experienced institutional investor services professional with more than seven years of experience working at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in both Korea and Australia. During her time with J.P. Morgan Korea, Gina was the dedicated client service manager for a real estate separate account totalling over USD 1.3 billion and managed the client servicing for 17 fund of fund managers. Gina has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yonsei University in Seoul as well as a Masters of Korean and English Interpretation and Translation from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, Korea.
Radha Kuppalli leads capital raising and investor relations for New Forests and oversees the company’s sustainability, communications, and research programs. She manages the company’s relationships with institutional clients around the world, including overseeing new client development, reporting, and client communications. She also collaborates with New Forests’ staff in Sydney, Singapore, and San Francisco on the development of investment products and strategy. Prior to this role, Radha opened and managed New Forests’ US subsidiary and was portfolio manager of the company’s Eco Products Fund. She has been with New Forests since 2006. Radha has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Economic Theory from American University in Washington, D.C., and an MBA and master’s degree in Environmental Management from Yale University’s School of Management and School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She is on the Advisory Board of the Center for Business and Environment at Yale and an associate of the Yale World Fellows Program.
Jane is part of the New Forests’ Investor Services team in Sydney. Jane is responsible for managing the research capability to support client relations, reporting, market intelligence, product development, and thought leadership. She has over 15 years’ experience in the Australian financial services industry including maintaining and enhancing managed fund data and funds research infrastructure and processes, conducting investment manager research and evaluation, and construction and management of multi-manager portfolios. Jane holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, completed Finsia’s Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and has CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst) certification through IMCA (Investment Management Consultants Association) Australia.
